I'm 19 (F) my sister is 16. We grew up cuddling all the time. (I'm in general just a cuddly person I find it calming and comforting). I've never thought much of it before but recently it came up in conversation with someone I'm close to they said it was weird so now I'm unsure. What do you think weird or not weird?

Edit: I just want to add something so that maybe the situation is more understandable. My sister and I grew up in a very toxic household. Mom wasn't around much due to work and dad was physically, mentally, and emotionally abusive. I spent most if my childhood taking care of myself and my siblings. With having to be grown up for most of my childhood and with the trauma I went through I have a tendency to act child like when I feel safe and comfortable (when I don't have responsibilities to hand

I think it's definitely weird, because both of you are now sexually mature. Can you honestly say that there is no "internal heat" being generated here, even if you don't act on it? And if that's the case and you keep it up, there may very well come a point when you DO act on it. The aftermath of that can cause all kinds of emotional upheaval! Is THAT what you want?

No, thats common for siblings that get along, usually only if one or both are girls though. It's not really something brothers do.
