Every weekends we have social events and parties at different places. This is handle by the main administrator (also also of the main location) and two supervisors. I'm going to free to him as Joe.
I've made some friends there. Most people are kind there and I haven't had issues with anyone but Joe himself. The first day I got introduced to him (beginning of Sept), he was somewhat drunk and kept insisting me to drink a beer, kept holding my hand for the longest. I don't always drink.
As the days goes go (until recently) he either flirts with me, holds my hands or touches me from the waist. He has been asking me out on a date several times. I've declined in a polite manner by saying I'm not looking for a boyfriend and don't want anything serious. He makes me feel so uncomfortable. When my friends come, I get away from him and chat with them. I really like the parties and events. I don't have any complaints about the orgnanization, the creativity, my friends. Everything is good except Joe. I don't like being around him. What to do? Two of my friends and someone else told me that he's like that when he's drunk. We don't say anything because then we're going to be kicked out of the events.
