Yesterday I had to stop what could had been another potential possible kidnapping. I was walking around jc penny's since I had to pick up some parmessean grated cheese in target and some girl who had to be like 10-12 years old was laying on the ground playing games on her cellphone in the men's department with no parents around and no friends around. I told a female worker about the situation about the 10-12 year old girl laying on the floor with her cellphone in the men's department with no parents there and no friends there and she looks at me like I have 6 heads and 12 eyes and asks where in the men's department and I tell her yeah so she gets on her walkie talkie and radios her supervisor or security to let them know of the situation. This is the second time now in under a year when a potential kidnapping situation could of happened

Police got a photo of the potential kidnapper he was a hispanic male 5'6-5'7 and was trying to abduct an underage girl on a track field one city away from Thursday's incident. Second time now a track and field in this particular city has been involved in with potential kidnappings since mid December. There's a kidnapping ring taking place which kidnapping is on the rise and the police aren't letting the public know about it.
