Yes but sometimes it never really goes down and greatly depends if she had to do C section surgery or had natural birth... natural birth gives better chances of the stomach going down... after c section there will be permanent scar tissue along with whatever else causes the belly, though not huge.. but definitely more than most women would like and sometimes men.
