What does it mean when my coworker kisses me on the forehead?

I've been working on my job for over 10 years. In that time I've become friendly with many of my coworkers there. So its not uncommon for me to greet some of them with a hug and kiss on the cheek. However there's one that I've noticed won't hug me if we're around the others but if we're alone he greets me with a hug and a kiss on the forehead. I will say that he is a supervisor so maybe that could be why he chooses not to hug me around the others. I'll admit that I am attracted to him but our relationship has always been on a friendly level. I am completely confused when it comes to that kiss to my forehead. What does it mean?
