What does it mean when a guy says "you're alright" a lot?

The guy I'm crushing on kept saying to me you're alright a lot. What does this mean? I'm guessing that means he's interested in me? He also said I was good looking as well. I have no clue what the term you're alright means because I don't understand guys that well, so any help with this is appreciated. :)

I didn't get the chance to do so yet. The guy I'm crushing on is the store manager at one of the two gamestops in my town and he gave me the card saying it was ok for me to call him and talk to him, so I guess I should call him?

I hate phone conversations, there's always the pressure of having to say something cause you have that dumb phone pressed up against your ear. I say get to know him, ask him about himself, his family, likes and dislikes. There's nothing people like to do more than to talk about themselves so give him the stage and learn more about him. Don't tell him upright since you may scare him off.

And I hate dialing the phone number I get phone shy. I know from the conversation we had the one day he like anime, movies? and games. So, basically don't say or ask anything stupid unless it goes well?
