Would girls try to flirt the second they see a guy they like?

I'm not asking for guys too because I know they'll do it (but not all of them) the instant they find an attractive girl.

Shouldn't people start flirting after they know the person a little bit, like maybe 1 week?

I have noticed that most girls when they see a guy they're attracted to, they'll try to flirt as soon a s possible (even if it's just a stranger on the street).

Girls are more cautious usually but will flirt. I’ve had some meet me and then turn on the charm and you could sense the attraction. It varies to each individual situation.
More times than not, a girl will wait and move much slower. Make sense⁉️

If I got to know you or started chatting I would first feel you out then I would flirt if you started to show intrigue or interest.

If you seemed awkward after the first attempt I'd shut it down and go back to casual friendly.
