Like if I like a girl and I wish to initiate a conversation whats the best possible way to not be awkward and have a conversation with her who i have never talked before?

First you walk to her with confidence, full smile, and gentle energy and formally introduce. Then within a sentence state what, about her, brought you here. Short and concise with no more than 3 sentences. "And your name please?"

Then expound on those things, about her, listed in your purpose statement in a way that allows her to review and critique your interpretations about her. LISTEN much, talk less, and encourage communication with an "and" after her thought ended which means you really listen and are working through what she says.

Half sentence probes where she can finish the sentence or run with idea. Corny animal joke for silent moments. Laughing and smooth enough to fill the awkward moments are huge for a woman... jokes fill the silence.
