Is he into me or am I overthinking this?

Is he into me or am I overthinking things? There's a guy at the gym I've had a crush on awhile, but been afraid to approach or he's just always busy training someone. Lately we've been catching each others' eyes on accident and i'll look away as i'm nervous or he's training right there by me. Yesterday he might of caught me looking at him as I walked past how he suddenly glanced up when I was walking by to the showers. When I was grabbing my stuff to leave, when I was done. I noticed he was standing right behind me staring as I left. Today when I walked in we met each other's eyes for a few seconds. He also walked right by a machine I was using as if trying to catch my attention how close he got. He also came up and asked if he could show proper form when I was lifting wrong on a machine. He seemed a little nervous almost like he finds me intimating? I might just be reading too much into things however. He did gently put his hand on my back trying to show me where to lift with, I know that's normal helping someone at the gym but he did it without warning or asking.
