Kissing a Girl on the Head?

I kiss my girlfriend on the head all the time. She's a whole lot shorter than me, so every time we hug I gently kiss the top of her head. She seemingly enjoys the gesture but some people tell me this communicates I'm interested in her as my friend and not as a partner.

What do other girls think? Guys, do you ever do this for your girlfriend?

It's sweet and romantic, I love my man kissing my on my forehead and on top of my head when he is holding me or when we're snuggling on the couch. It's a sign of affection that isn't sexual (e.g. Kisses on the lips that involves tongue) so cute you do that.

I love it, it doesn't signify friendship at all. It signifies more adoration and bliss. It's not just a sex drive reaction like making out can be. It's an "in love with this girl" action. It makes me feel secure, loved, and like a little kid (in a good way)

My boyfriend likes tp do so too, and I'll kiss his horehead sometimes too. I think it's a sign of affection as anywhere else on her face : ).

I don't take that as friendship. My ex was taller than me so he used to kiss me on the head all the time. All I know is, my guy friends don't kiss me on the head and if they did, I'd think it was odd.
