What do shy girls like to hear as compliments?

What do shy girls like to hear as compliments? I know a lot of girls like being compliment on their personality, but I would feel awkward saying something like that (example saying to a girl she's cool because she is really nice to other people).

(1) Any compliments about their hair, smile, or eyes.

(2) If you want her to open up a little more, tell her you like her laugh or a story she told you.

(3) Tell her she's so graceful or that you like her style (of dressing) and mannerisms.

(4) If you know her well, you can sort of recap your fave moments with her and watch her blush.

(Guys love to see us blush for some reason. If you figure that out, let me know, lol.)

shy girls? I'm a shy one but I don't think the compliments should change for chicks who are shy and for ones who aren't. I like it when other people are either really direct or tell me something cute in a subtle way that makes me think. I don't think I was much help :P good luck!
