Are there any foods that when you were a child you didn't like very much and now as an adult you do like? Name some.
So one i remember not liking was mustard. i always skipped having it on my hot dogs or burgers, but now i don't mind it.
Another would be Artichokes, wasn't a fan as a kid but as an adult they are delicious.

There weren't really many foods I disliked as a child but there were a couple. Any food with saffron in it and liver meat. Surprisingly as an adult I can't say I love them bur I can eat them and enjoy them when coupled with other foods.
I didn't like butter as a child 💀 I don't know wtf was wrong with me. Now I love it

Archichokes are a lot of work for nothing. I couldn't stand onions as a kid and wouldn't go anywhere seaweed either. If I had an egg I'd only eat the yolk.
Quite a lot. Bratwurst, ribs, meatloaf, sloppy joes, deli roast beef, beef hotdogs, meaty spaghetti sauce, sausages, mushrooms, mayo, pickles, and whatever else.
s Broccoli, feta cheese and salt & vinegar chips. Love these foods now. There’s some foods that I still hate now that I hated as a child though lol.
I used to not like anything spicy or anything bitter.
Now, I have an appreciation for spicy food and bitter things like coffee. Heck, even bitter melon is good if it’s prepared right.
Definitely didn't eat spinach or pumpkin pie or carrot cake. I do now.
Mushrooms! OMG mushrooms! They're soo good, once you get over the texture being a little too close to eating raw slugs.

Peppers.
I can tolerate mushrooms now too.
veggies (especially salad), almonds, mint dark chocolate, coffee, almond & soy stuff
I used to hate pretty much all vegetables especially broccoli and spinach. Now I eat those weekly.
Onions. I hated them as a kid. Now they're like my favorite thing ever
Everything I didn't like as a kid, I still don't like it.
