I complimented a female coworker on her new outfit and said it looked classy. Shortly after, she walked behind me unannounced and started rubbing my back. I wasn't flirting, I just noticed she was dressed up nicer than usual.

So girls, would you consider a guy doing that flirting? Or would you only think it's flirting if you like him?
