What does it mean when a girl acts silly or goofy around you?

Today in class my teacher played a song from the show "Empire". As soon as this girl walked into the class she started singing along to the song and walked neared me. She started making hand gestures towards me. Few minutes later she's doing it again. In my last period class she starts singing "Hit the quan" near me and then starts laughing.
What does it mean when a girl acts silly or goofy around you?
