When a guy (stranger) is walking towards you (to get to his destination or something), why would you turn your head to the side? Kind of like this picture but not as extreme, sort of like at an angle, pretending to look away.

If she finds you hot and looks away or pretending that she talks with her friend or pretending on her phone then thats it. She likes the guy because she is trying to impress him. I do that all the time
