How can I ask her this, without sounding mean?

So it's this girl at my job I believe she's 18 or 19, when I first met her she seemed really sweet and I thought she could be a good work friend, but she showed this ugly side of her when I started talking to this guy so I assumed maybe she had a crush on him and was mad that he was showing interest in me and not her. So months go by after he quit, she goes back to being nice to me, but now I just don't understand what's going on, she now stares at me a lot, everytime I'm alone she's suddenly there, always touching me, one day we had a group meeting and we were laughing at our manager jokes and she looked directly at me laughing like trying to meet eye contact with me, also she keeps asking if something looks cute on her or taking my santa hat and putting it on her and asking how she looks.
I also may add before this sudden change she has been doing.. she would spread some rumors, I didn't confront her because I'm to old for petty drama plus I'm just too old to confront someone that is a teenager and I'm clearly almost 30.

Probably likes you. Young generation tends to roll that way (more so the females) which isn’t a bad thing but I don’t really like it. I get stared at a lot by gay guys. I’m attractive but it kind of makes me angry and uncomfortable how they try an force there selves on straight people

I was really hoping that wasn't the problem because I'm not into other girls and plus I feel like it would be uncomfortable and I will keep thinking that I didn't hurt her feelings that I said no. Plus she's just too young even if I was into girls as well. And I regret dating a guy that was 5 years younger than me, so in overall it's just a no for me and I hate hurting people feelings, I always just feel so bad.

I completely understand. Sometimes you have to be rude or there going to continue hitting on you. In there mind there under the impression you’re playing hard to get. Being rude might be unprofessional for you. I would probably go to Hr and report her for unsolicited behavior.

I really hope not because, I'm not into girls and even if I was she's too young for me. I have this problem and I hate hurting people feelings. And I will just feel so bad if that's why she's acting this way.
