Maybe she got stuck in that pre-adolescent phase where girls sometimes play with makeup and clothes, trying to look grown-up, but doing everything in excess

Depends. I work with some older ladies whose perfume gives me a headache. It is so overpowering. However there are a few ladies whose perfume lingers after they walk past that is rather enjoyable. It really depends on the fragrance.
I dated somebody a long time ago that wore a specific fragrance. Even today when I encounter it I think of her.
I sincerely agree with your main point of view, usually a big scent is something I don’t like very much since it’s bothering.
I don’t like scent coming before the person like a perfumed cloud walking around with her, seems like she’s seeking for attention.
I think there should be balance, it’s ok to wear perfume and some are very intriguing but it’s not ok to plague a room!
I also like feeling the scent after a girl passes, if she passes and leaves a little good fresh scent, I’d be intrigued.
I think men and women need a lesson on how to wear perfume and cologne. Because if someone can smell you across the room then you are wearing too damn much. If anything you want to be wearing just enough that a person would have to get close to you to smell it. That way if you and another person start to hit it off and like what you are wearing, they will stand closer to you.
Also don't get me started on that musk smelling shit. Be it perfume or cologne. Why the hell do people want to smell like they just whipped their ass with road kill?
A woman must have a signature cologne. It must be pleasant to others, but strong enough to proceed her as she walks into a room. It is very attractive, in Elegance. My wife's favorite cologne is Sierra and the second favorite is "C". They are old colognes
First off, I have allergies. If they get triggered by someone's perfume, so do I. Second point is that not everyone has the same sense of smell. What might be overpowering to the rest of us may be a sign this person just has a really poor sense of smell. Finally, if this is someone who just wants to share their scent the way some folks want to share their music on the freeway, that's a lack of social grace and I am out.
Because it is too much and no one does that unless that they d not know how to behave or is looking to get laid...
If I can smell a woman's perfume from 10 feet away, she's wearing way too much perfume, and it definitely doesn't arouse me, just the opposite.
Well, it would get my attention, certainly.
The situation, gal, and (possibly) the scent might lend a clue as to whether it would be positive stimulation of negative.
oops * OR negative
The girl on the bottom looks like her "perfume" would be week old Tuna fish.
I googled "French whore" and that image was one of the first in the results.
@OlderAndWiser. Ha! Good search metric.
A woman's strong fragrance gets my attention in a positive way
If it's 10-12 feet away, she's wearing way too much, unless she lives with me and put it on recently near me. It doesn't really do much for me. I may like the smell, but smells don't do anything for my sexual arousal or such.
Im very impressed she can direct the air around her to project her smell twelve whole feet. That must take like a whole bottle of perfume
it depends on what she's wearing. Love, by Victoria's Secret smells FANTASTIC and I'd follow her anywhere!!
Cela me fait horreur!

I just think they are covering up something worse if it’s so strong and I usually don’t like the scent
If I can smell it from that far, then I'm not going anywhere closer to her
I think nauseated is the best description of my feelings when I smell strong perfumes.
I've always hated it when people put too much perfume... It really backfires for me
Probably sneezing and blowing my nose. Yay for chemical irritants.
usually indicates she has issues - so much so that you can smell them from a distance.
good ones to avoid.
If it a nice scent I don't mind smelling it. Some perfume really makes me want to vomit.
As a guy who has spent a lot of time around other dudes I very much appreciate a nice smelling woman
you wonder why she is doing that might be covering up something or can't smell
da fuggggggggggggggggggggg?
Is this an answer to the question?
I was too focused on the photo sorry. The answer would be depends. Sometimes too strong of perfume is a little annoying but if it smells good I don't mind.
Though best to use in moderation perfume and cologne
I want to answer your question, but all I can think about is what happened to that girl's eye. Did someone hit her? 😟 I'm very concerned.
Yech, immediate power down and retreat.
Hugely turned off.
I just like the faintest of smells and that too if I’m really close to the girl.
Depends on girl her age shape looks and perfume.
Thanks for like!
Outfit
