I mean when you meet a woman who genuinely loves you. Comforts you. Who you can literally cry on. Why is it just so amazing? It’s just so warm and nurturing and sweet and kind. I mean I have some great guy friends who have always been there for me.

But when it comes to girls there’s something there friends or significant others.

I think the reasons are:

• Whatever our guy friends share with us are limited to what we already have (assuming we're all straight).
• But a girl has what we as guys don't have, all the way to sexual intimacy.

Perhaps it's what many said "opposite attracts". Likely, straight girls also feel the same way toward guys as being special, compared to girls.

Yes, to guys, girls are special. They're more than friends. They are more than companions. They can become "one flesh" with us. Hence they're special.

I do agree with this I think many girls feel so uncomfortable around men because of perverts. But once she gets to know a great guy usually they become closer.
