athletic women have been carrying this stereotype for quite a while now.

I mean its hard not to notice but athletic women just have all the components to be dominanting. not only are their level of testosterone above average but let's not forget that being dominant is imperil in the world of athleticism of you want to beat your competition. there was also a show I used to watch called Manswers that explain this and that show never let me down.

however whenever I bring this up almost all athletic women in site try to deny it. I always thought that maybe they're just afraid to admit it because lets be honest not a lot of men like women who are dominant in bed (not speaking on my behalf) but then again I hate generalizing and I dont believe that what you do in life as a hobby or a profession dictates who you are in bed. pretty sure there are a lot of non-athletic women out there are ride or die lionettes in bed.

Using myself ad an example (also from talking with my girl friends):
When it's my turn to take the reigns, being a bit of a gym rat comes in handy. I have good cardio so I can keep up a good pace for a long time. Combine that with being a bit flexible I can move in certain positions longer without muscle fatigue. I do a lot of core workouts so I can flex, squeeze and gyrate better. And of course with some strength training I can pin him down.

Nothing though is as exhilarating as the adrenaline rush that takes over when I'm being dominant and he's really enjoying being taken for a ride

Uh, no. I am fairly muscular, gym regularly and I have visible muscles and a man has always still wanted to be dominating in bed and I want the man to be dominating. A woman wanting to be the dominant in bed really has nothing to do with their physical form. By that logic, a man who is not physically fit always wants to be dominated by a woman in bed, right?

I also think about gay men, top or bottom. I’ve seen plenty of gay bottoms who were incredibly muscular. It has nothing to do with their physique why they want to be a bottom. Just like being a gay top doesn’t mean you have to be muscular.

I have never been with a gym girl but have been with athletic women from working at resorts. The women are very active in outdoor activities but do not lift weights. These girls are not dominant at all. In the gym now and in my younger years even female personal trainers are not very assertive.

I would say that gym girls are stronger willed and have a stronger mental awareness inducing the thought that they might be more controlling mentally.

It’s not necessarily true. Yes, some women who have dominant personalities can also be dominant in bed but, in my experience, it’s been the opposite where the shy and submissive ones are the dominant ones in bed and the ones with the dominant personalities are the ones that are submissive in bed.

We should never assume someone's submissiveness or dominance by their appearance. Some people are just naturally stronger looking, and every person is athletic for different reasons.
