I'm terrified of girls, everything about them. What should I do?

When I walk and see a girl/woman in my direction, I jump into a ditch, behind somebody's picket fence, or into the doorway of a building... as long as I'm not within view of her.

I am single and probably will be for the rest of my life... unless I change. But how?

So you have an irrational fear by the looks of the question and some of your replies. You are best trying to figure out why that is and addressing the source of the problem. You might need therapy if it is truly that bad that you are literally jumping in ditches at the sight of a girl. That's just not right. Girls are not out to get you or humiliate you like you seem to think. I'm not even sure why you think that. Is it because of some past experience that you have this fear of women? There has to be some underlying issues or something causing it. Why not men too?

Unfortunately, I think the only way to change is to expose yourself (not as in flashing them lol) to what you fear.

Your body has somehow been taught that women are dangerous and will hurt you.

In order to teach your body that they are not, you have to actually practice interacting with women, hanging out with women, looking women in the eye, asking them out, flirting with them.

You basically have to risk what you fear. Over and over again.

So that your body can learn that women are not dangerous.
