Seeing the same girl in dreams?

Question

Lately, I've been having this dreams that include the same one girl. Problem is I don't recognize her so I'm pretty sure I haven't met her nor have I seen her in any movies or anything. In my dreams, I am in some sort of relationship with her. I'm guessing boyfriend and girlfriend. She completes me. She's not by any means a bombshell but she's attractive to me in her own way, personality and looks wise.

It's almost like I can feel what's going on. The passion when we kiss, the moments that we have, etc. It pretty much feels like real life.

Now, I know we all have those dreams where we dream of wanting that kind of stuff but with the same girl in each dream? I dunno.

Has anyone experienced this? It sucks waking up and you can't remember much except for that same girl.

Did you actually know, apparently, it's impossible for our brains to come up with unrecognizable faces? Like, the girl you could be dreaming about, while you may not have consciously seen her, you probably saw her in a crowd somewhere, she might have even been somebody you saw on TV (those characters in the background you never seem to remember), or even on google images, just something.

But yeah, I've experienced something along the same lines. There was this guy I never recognized, and I don't remember exactly what happened, but I could have sword I've never seen him before. And, I've dreamed about him multiple times. It's really quite crazy.

That is so interesting! Did you know that (somehow) studies have proven that every face a human sees in his or her dreams the dreamer has to have seen in "real life" at one time (even if the person you have been seeing you do not recognize)? This could be anyone from a close friend, to a stranger passing by on the sidewalk, and even to combinations of many different faces put together! I wonder who this person is that your dream is creating for you to see! :)

Anything is possible. You should look into lucid dreaming! :)

I had a similar experience a few years ago. On several occasions I had dreams about one man in particular, but I didn't know him. And then one day, I met him. The only difference between him and the dream version was the hair colour. I ended up in a relationship with this man, but although we broke up a long time ago now, I haven't forgotten those dreams.

I have read that any person you see in your dreams you have seen in real life. You don't recognize her because you barely noticed her in life. Dreams are very mysterious things. I've also read that dreams are just background thoughts. They can mean things, but not always. So, you will just have to wait and see whether those dreams told you something or not.
