Why do I never get approached by guys?

Ok so i often get compliments on how i look, and people are always surprised when i say i 'm single, but the thing is, is that i never get approached by guys.
NOT EVER.
I like to think i'm ok looking, i'm a barmaid so open and friendly.. but i feel like there's something seriously wrong with me, not even the drunken pervs at work try it on! (Haha.)
It's starting to really get me down.. i've been single for so long and i would like to date. But like i said.. i never get asked out.. is there something wrong with me? Not sure how to change it around :/

You are very pretty and most guys are reluctant to approach a beautiful girl , because they would believe
that you are already taken. I can't see anything wrong with you.
Maybe you are wearing a ring that someone might think is a relationship ring.
You might have to take the first step, and ask out a guy that you like.

Us guys are more visual creatures, so we see a pretty girl and think that she's a few levels above us, she already has a boyfriend, she already has plenty of guys chasing her, or we wouldn't fit into her standards. Personally, as long as you're a chelsea fc fan then... wanna grab coffee?

a lot of guys usually meet girls through mutual friends or social groups. And if they do approach, they're PUA guys and there's very little of them. Naww that's a bummer... coffee offer is off then xD

There must be a guy here from the UK that's willing to ask you out. I'd take you out if I were in your city, You're attractive, but at the same time do you give signals of interest to men? Maybe you're too attractive and men think they don't have a shot at you. The elephant in the room may be your race.

Body language and eye contact. Do you look people in the eye at least long enough to see what colour eyes they have? There's plenty more. Read this and you might find some.

Are you actually meeting a lot of guys outside work? You can't count on guys approaching you when you're working, even though you work as a barmaid. Also cold approaches are pretty rare, especially in Britain. You need to meet a steady stream of new guys outside of work if you want a high chance of being asked out.
