When a guy says "sounds good"?

I've known this guy for a few years and for the last several months we've been getting together and hooking up. We're kind of friends also, and see each other about 1-2 times a month since we live an hour away from each other and still live with our parents. Anyways every couple of days for the last 1-2 weeks I would include him in sending snaps, him sometimes replying. He usually sends me a weekly snap but hasn't this time. Anyways I sent him a "sexy" one this morning and he was like "Hot" and I told him we'll have to see eachother again soon and he wrote "Sounds goooood". I don't know why he did the extra lettering - for some reason it made it sound like he's not that interested or flattered? It's been 2 weeks since I last saw him. He almost always the one making the plans, so I've been trying to show more interest because he's asked me too before, and we both told one another there's feelings there. Should I take initiative to ask him a day to come over, or quit and let him message me?
