Boyfriend cancels plans for friends?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 months now and everything seems alright at the moment except last few weeks we have been arguing a lot. We supposed to meet yesterday but he cancelled the same day while I was getting ready and told me he is meeting his friend because apparantely that friend cancelled on him last week. I was really angry because he hangs out with his friends a lot more now than with me. He was with his mates last weekend and now he is meeting up again. I didn’t have a problem with that before but now it started to annoy me because he is doing that frequently. Am I being wrong about being upset?

Well, hard to say. Maybe your perception is unfounded and he is just trying to even out his time. Maybe he has been with you solid for the last while and he has been ignoring his friends. It is important to maintain your friendships. I do agree your SO should be priority, but not exclusively hold all your time. Take this time to reconnect with your friends or family too. It can be healthy to spend some times apart to recharge those love batteries.

You are right to feel wrong about it. Him choosing his friends over you shows how much affection he has towards you. And if it's less than his friends, that shows something.

If a guy would constantly do that to me it would tell me that he’s not very much interested anymore in being with me.

Talk to him , ask him y doesn't he want to spend time with you. Be reasonable before the break up.
