It could be. But, in my opinion, not really. I usually don't ask someone's age unless I was really unsure. You have a young look, but you don't look like a tween.
Because of your youthful appearance some may think you are actually younger than you are. So, they keep asking to see if your answer changes. I wouldn't put a whole lot into it.
It's possible. I might ask a woman how old she is, because I'm terrible at guessing somebody's age and I don't want to accidentally approach a 16 year old that tries to look 22 and is convincing at it.

He can just ask that to be sure, or because he's forgetting. Or he wants to find a place between your legs and want to be sure he won't end up in jail for it.
