I was in class 5th, in 2011 when I met him. He was here at my apartment for his uncle's wedding ceremony. I met him when I was with my brother, and he with his sister, we walked past each other. All four of us became friends. It's been a decade and I still talk to her sister. Back in 2016 I got his no. from somewhere and texted him flirtingly. He called me and asked me whether is this the way to talk to someone? Since 2017 I have been on mental health medications after I failed my exams, there were other reasons too, and since 2016 I had some mental issues. Then last year I yet again asked his number from his sister. I started texting him. I think he hates me from the way he replies to my texts or replies in a disliking manner. Should I block him, apologize to him and then block, only apologize to him? How should I apologize to him?

If you value his friendship, apologise to him. Explain that you did a stupid mistake by sending him such messages out of nowhere. If not, then you can block and forget him.
