What does it mean when a guy says "You are fun to mess with?

So, this dude likes to tease me. I can't really tell the actions behind a man, cause quite frankly they confuse me.

Basically he likes to mess around with me. Cause yeah, I am an expressful person. I show a lot of emotion. Yet they did it a the whole day. It doesn't seem like its gonna end soon.

I have a half feeling its not flirtatious? I don't know though. Cause I'm pretty sure he is in a relationship, so why flirt when your taken?

Is he a friend? You're first sentence answers your question. If you want it to stop, I suggest ignoring him or even better, flat out tell him not to do it anymore and that you don't like it (in a firm tone of voice - you're not being mean, but to show you're serious). Some people have no life and get their fun from other people. Another possibility is he wants to cheat on his girlfriend with you, but I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. He's probably just having fun, but he's only thinking of himself and not the fact that it might be hurting you?

It means that it's fun to see how you react. It probably is flirtatious. Being in a relationship stops few people from flirting. Some people cheat, some people just like the attention.
