If he wants dinner foods for his lunch, it sounds like he has ample free time to attend a cooking school. In any case, anyone can put a porkchop into the oven... including one for you!
Did he not understand that once the baby arrived and you returned to work, he'd have to shoulder at least a few of the responsibilities around the house? Or did he imagine that nothing would change? Best case is he was that he was grasping at straws. Worse case is he's delusional.

This may sound bad, but you should probably have had an agreement or system drafted before marriage about how living together would be like. It's still not too late to do that but create a draft in a well organized manner, I'd recommend google docs and then give it him so he clearly has an idea of what is/isn't doable when it comes to food. Negotiation is possible so you could give him a raw deal and tell him that we could negotiate if he wants changes.

So... your own lucnh meal for that day... how do you get it, or when, where from? because, you could as well acquire or make, get two of those? and give one to him?
Sounds like a match made in heaven. You are working and tending the baby. What does he do?
I have experiences getting bad treatment from girl while I have cooked and did chores all by myself. So many women do the same to you too if you look after them.
