He didn’t seem very convinced.
Is this a common issue for guys?
Body shaming is a huge thing with guys.
both online and in real life,
I've lost count of the number of fuckwits over last 20 plus years that have come out with this shit of needing to have a huge muscles body.
I remember working really late studying for my degrees in my 20-30’s and friends telling me to get out to gym and push some weights.
Even normal guys will keep tops on more often than not as some fuckwit is walking around posing like a knob.
it’s different for guys but in a way it’s worse.
at some point you just ignore it.
then as you get older, having those degrees get you the better job and the income etc really negates the body side of it (up to a point).
Yes. Even though I work out a lot, I don't feel like I'm strong because I lack the body mass. I feel smaller and less impactful than fat guys.
Normalize. Men. Having. Insecurities.
Body image issues aren't only a women's thing.
