My friend seems to hate white women, is he racist? How can I change his mind?

My friend is a cool guy, but weird and #racist sometimes. He's white, but hates white women.

He dated white girls in the past, but was used to treating them so badly that he always ended up hurting his own rep, we know that women tell others when a guy is a jerk to them. But I never heard that he doesn't treat his non-white gfs right, as odd as it seems, I heard them speak good things of him.

In addition, he's always making disparaging comments about white women, like that "they stink," "they're lame, stupid, clumsy, boring, ugly, dumb," "they ain't worth shit" and that "Latinas and Asian women have made white girls obsolete, #whitegirls can't compete."

Also, he picks on black guys a lot. He says that black guys are the only guys who like white women these days because "they wanna feel equal to white men." And mock them saying,
"Black guys are just a hype,"
"all bark and no bite,"
"their broken blk dicks can't even keep their white b*tches interested in them for too long,"
"lots of snowbunnies going for white men these days."

When I call him out, he just tells that he's not being serious and "it's just a joke."
