Why guy stare one day and ignore next day?
why would a guy stare straight into your eye(no smile) one day and completely ignore you the next day?
I have work with this guy for a year.. He used to get my attention (say hi every 5 minutes at work with me..that's weird). Yesterday , he stare straight into my eye and hold it without smiling..so I don't smile either. I just look away. Today, he completely ignore me. Is he a weird ?why did he do this?
Btw, I didn't talk much with other coworker..just keep working(i'm quiet).People say I have a soft personality. I'm always nice to other coworker..
Did he think I'm weird...so he just stare at me.? I need help..

I think he likes you, but he has no social skills.
As I see, he is not a shy type and he can get along well with other coworker.
