How can I make it obvious to an older guy that I’m interested in him?

We work for the same company - we don’t work directly with each other though. We are literally in different buildings so I rarely see him.
So I met him at work a few years ago and I get on great with him.
He is sometimes quite flirty but I don’t know if it’s just a bit of banter as he’s very charming and outgoing compared to me.
He is single. He is 50 and I’m 29.
He added me on all my social media and we sometimes message each other.
I’ve never been interested in someone older than me before so I’m kinda confused about my feelings for him as I never expected to feel that way about him - but I really like him and don’t know what to do.

Ask him what his interests are.

Ask him what he likes to drink.

When you ask us personal questions, it makes it obvious that you're interested in more than just casual banter.

Yeah, you're going to have to make it painfully obvious your interested. At 45 myself, I do not realistically think of or even consider a women younger than 35 would be interested in me.

Plus us older guys are going to era on side of caution, do to generational gaps... and not completely understanding what "Me to" means, other than not having it "Be Us"

If he turns you down, then you have your answer. If he says yes, go from there. If he says, "Instead of lunch, how about dinner?" that's all you need to know.
