Everyone is to blame. Guys talking to each other about how weak it is to seek emotional help, and society for supporting all the stigma behind mental health.
System is still progressing. We come a long way from diseases and dirty stinky holes, to somewhat livable conditions, its just social part is still left untouched for most part

Society. I appreciate that this issue gets the attention it does but I would also like to point out that society is also to blame for men being murdered/robbed at such a high rate. I genuinely believe that if we boys were taught to take the same precautions that we teach girls to take, men wouldn't be ae vulnerable as they are.
The patriarchy because it is pushing toxic masculinity which includes the idea that men who cry, show emotions/weakness/vulnerability or seek help aren't real men or not masculine/manly enough and should "man up".
@marish01 I mean yeah I guess so, you can behave however you want, but the problem here isn't that men are being told to be masculine. It's the idea of what is considered as masculine by society, and that certain things like seeking help or crying are viewed as not masculine for some reason, even though it's totally normal for men to cry and it doesn't really have nothing to do with masculinity. The idea that men are less masculine if they behave in certain ways that have nothing to do with gender is the problem. But of course women face somewhat similar problems too.
Oh lmao. Yeah telling men to be feminine is wrong but that raises the question what even is "feminine" or "masculine" and I feel like there's a lot of outdated stereotypes surrounding this topic and that many behaviors that are traditionally seen as feminine or masculine don't make sense to be seen as such. Like showing emotions.
There's still this perpetuation of the idea that men don't need help or shouldn't need help. I think we're slowly getting over that oh, but it's difficult.
Both for sure. The pressure from society puts men in a position of feeling emotionally suppressed. But a real man can understand that and move past it and be more in touch.
Yes it absolutely applies to men who are raped by women. Its disgusting for anyone who rapes but if you are a man who got raped by a woman, fuck her man that shit is wack

But don't you think telling me to be feminine is wrong too

Telling MEN not me

Society as they will criticize the men so much more that the mental health will become more worse than before. What is the advantage in that case?

how can I get a woman to force me to have sex right now?
Society obviously. They ain't gonna broadcast their fears and insecurities.
You can't really blame men for not finding help that isn't even there.
People are responsible for themselves, their own actions.. unless mentally unfit to care for themselves. We learn this in kindergarten.
Everyone thinks that if a guy askes for help he is weak.
If you mean like therapy, men are to blame because "no thanks." I'd rather have a rusty razor blade dragged over my ball sack
The adult individual with the problem is to blame for not sorting it out. So in this case that would be the man.
@update: yes--yes it does.
It's complicated, it's both and neither at the same time.
The individual is always fundamentally to blame for not taking action to help themselves.
Male victims of rape are generally ignored and disregarded.
So yes it applies.
A and B but B most of all
O you are the same asker, I blamed society there. This applies on anything
A mixture of societal & the men’s own fault.
Emotional help isn’t going to pay the bills.
