Why does he text me if he’s not interested?

Been seeing a coworker for two months. His actions shows that he’s not really interested. We used talk on the phone while he was at work but when it’s time to meet up or hang out outside of work he’s was always too busy. He takes forever to reply to my texts and goes days without responding and somehow make it my fault. So I blocked his number. I have an app that shows when a blocked number calls and spams. I noticed that every time he sees I’m at work, he calls and texts me. I never hear from him at all until he SEEs me. Before I blocked him he would text me things like “we saw each other today” “did you see me today” like why does it matter? Then he goes back to ignoring me until he sees me at work again which will be awhile since we work different hours.

I haven't a clue other than to somewhat harass you. I'd keep him blocked. If he is obviously not interested, keep him out of your life. Sounds like he is just being immature and trying to complicate things.
