I know this isn't a serious question, but there is no amount of money that makes that work. A lot of people don't even understand the statement and think that it's some sort of misogynist comment (and maybe it is a little) but what it's really about is social status. If you take a low-status woman with low-status behaviors, she will always go back to her roots. She'll steal from you, she'll cheat on you with her "real boyfriend", and find ways to use her position with you to benefit those in her social circle.

The only way this won't happen is if she changes her ways by getting educated and making a point to leave her old friends behind in exchange for new friends who uplift her. However, at that point she's no longer a hoe.

You seem to miss the point entirely. A wife is your helper; someone who relies on you, and you on her for emotional/ moral/ mental support. She'll give you a family, and help you expand yourself as a person. She'll remind you of important thing, be there to celebrate your victories, and take care of you when you're down/ ill. If she's not trustworthy, or respectable, you're building your entire life on a pit of sand.
A hoe is a pit of sand. They act on all their impulses, aren't respected-even by themselves, and cannot be relied on to care for your children, or you.

This is why you "can't turn a hoe into a housewife." We're not talking on her accepting the "girlfriend title" for three weeks before she gets caught cheating on you.
