Does this guy have unrealistic/very high standards?

He's basically looking for a 18-23 year old girl, she has to be beautiful, a virgin, know how to cook gourmet food and meals, be extremely skinny or with an athletic body. He calls all women past their early 20s ugly hags/cougars and all women who don't look like Instagram models fat/chubby.
He says that it took him many years to find a girl even halfway decent looking off the dating service

He on the other hand, what does he bring to the table? He's 55 year old, doesn't he have his own house, still lives with his brother, can't even pay for his own phone bills, is overweight and with thinning hair.
And he isn't even a good person, he's racist and uses the n* word all the time

He sounds like someone on the upper end of the millennial entitlement phenomenon, even though he is too old for that. He might have mental health difficulties, or he has not gotten therapy and done the personal work necessary to achieve self-knowledge to realize what his situation actually is and that he does not currently bring enough to the table to realistically compete for the time and attention of his likely porn-induced ideal. I’d get out before it’s too late and find someone closer to your age who is worth YOUR time.

I think you've more than adequately answered your own question: YES. Unless he's a billionaire virgin who looks like an Abercrombie model himself, his expectations are WAY too unrealistic, which means he's selfish and entitled, and someone you don't want in your life.
