Ok so long story sort of short I have a male friend whom I’ve known for years and we have a close bond. Also we enjoy a good pounding every now and then for fun 🤩. Now I have recently added some new guy friends into my circle and last night when one of them found out about this he got really upset about it saying wait so if you’re happy to fuck him why not me? We are friends too are we not? If it’s just a thing for fun why not let us have some platonic fun too? I tried to reason that it’s just because I’ve known my friends with benefits much longer and we have a closer bond but while he said I guess that makes sense and left it be I could tell he was a lot more standoffish and things just felt awkward.

How so I remedy this? He is a really nice guy and fun to be around but I really am not sexually attracted to him.

He might not even be into you that much, he's just jealous of the obvious acknowlodgement of hierarchy this situation implies. You trust your friends with benefits more than him. You do certain fun things only with your friends with benefits. You see your friends with benefits more as a man. Etc...

He probably saw you as someone who is pretty loose with their sexual boundaries, so it feels like a diss if you're excluding him from the circle of men you'd casually sleep with. Which to him may be "everyone she sees as a Man". So it's probably just a jab to his masculinity.
I'd say he's either gonna get over it, because he now knows that you're no that casual when it comes to who you sleep with. Or he's gonna be a little salty from now on, because he still sees you that way and will constantly feel excluded from being considered an actual man by you.

Again, I’m not sure if you’re very experienced with men but being a man and around men all my life, I think I can say at least some things that are true.
