Does this mean he's seeing someone, or is there another explanation?

This guy i know IRL messages me everyday, all day and night. If he goes out with friends, he'll mesage when he gets in. No matter what time it is.
But there's always one night he when he doesn't message at all. It's not always the same night though. . Is there another explanation why that could be , apart from seeing someone that night?

Well, I remember once. I was in a relationship with a guy and I won't message him for a day or two because I honestly didn't want to give off the clingy vibes and give him space to breathe. If he message in between I'll respond but won't push the conversation. We end up having a solid 5 year relationship. Ended on good terms and probably the only ex I'll take back if it ever happens.

We wouldn't know. My first thought is he's with another girl. So for a relationship to really work there's communication for 1.
