You are bored because you are addicted to the drama that comes with caring about everything. It's not enough to stop caring about all of the noise that you can't do anything about, you must also replace all of that with worthwhile pursuits - things that bring you some success and satisfaction and feeds your soul a little bit.
The drama was a way to fill your life and activate your emotions in an artificial way - kind of emotional junk food - and while you have cut out the junk food, you still need to replace it with healthy food or you haven't finished the job.
No, that’s is ridiculous. I’ve never been on social media of any sort less linked-in. No notifications TV since 17. On this since February and that’s it.
