Why does this guy still keep me on his contacts list if he stopped talking to me? Why would he even view my WhatsApp picture and status?

He stopped texting and talking to me but he still keeps me on his contacts list. He even viewed my Whatsapp story a few minutes after I posted them. He was the first person to watch my story. I want to get over this guy, but he is still watching me online. Should I just delete his number or something?

I want to move on, It has been happening for months. It keeps bothering me that he still views my stories even after he stopped talking to me. Why don't he just delete my number instead of keeping me on his contact list and watching my stories?
