What do you think of a guy inviting you to his house to hang out?

Is there a meaning to like building relationship if he is inviting you to his house? I am seeing this guy and really like him. He is family-oriented, he is respectful, especially towards to his mom and his grandma. I know he isn’t inviting me to do something more sexual but other than watching a movie. He is cool to come to my house if I don’t want to go to his house and besides, he is living with his siblings. Is there like I don’t really know how to explain but like do he views me as something to commit with? Sorry, late night thoughts 😭🫶

I been the guy in this situation, had a couple female friends i sort of liked but was too shy to ask out and we used to hang out in my room, watch movies, go places together... i guess in some ways be like a couple but without the smooching, anyway years and years went by and i asked one out and she turned me down so i assumed i got it wrong... but years and years after that she admitted to me that she wished she had said yes but at that time in her life she didn't think she could commit to me but did really like me all those years

I think it really depends honestly. Don’t ever assume he isn’t down to do something sexual - because that’s untrue. I’m in the middle. My friend told me the other day her ex fiancé and her literally hung out at his place before they started dating and she went for the sex first. They were engaged for two years. I guess it pretty much depends what time of the day a guy is inviting you over. If he’s inviting you over with his family around , I would say it’s a good sign. If he’s inviting you late night/ a time where family isn’t around chances are he’s trying to hook up
