ok so we talked for like first time having a convo that was last week and he asked me a lot of questions like about if i was in school and how old i am and stuff and if i like the job lol. now today he said hi in passing to me and my other female coworker and i said hi but maybe he didn't hear cuz im really shy and quiet but anyway yeah so like today he also asked if im ok.. Probably again cuz i hav a habit to just be quiet and im not very expressive with my words. I noticed he's rather loud today like he can't be shy if he's loud right?

I wish he would ask me out. We never see each other except in passing by the way. We work in different areas. but yeah i can't stop smiling aroud him but my mask probably covers it lol.

Not trying to douse your hopes, but nothing about this says he has a crush on you. You said it’s your new job right? Last week he may have been trying to be kind, help you feel comfortable and also familiarize himself with you, which is not unusual. Then him smiling and saying hi in passing... I don't know, just don’t get too ahead of yourself. I don’t think work dating is wise anyway though.
