I got broken up with?

Boyfriend went to his cousins house for a week and was watching his cousins and said they are bad kids. When he came back I noticed two hickeys on his neck and he’s trying to claim his cousin was scratching his neck play fighting. He is over 6 feet and is cousin is way smaller than him. How could some kid manage to scratch you on both sides of your neck and you not complain about it hurting at all but claim it’s not a hickey? It’s on both sides of his neck and he never bothered to inform me about it happening if it did. He is way stronger than me and I don’t believe for one second that his cousin managed to bruise him that bad by scratching him. He is lying. There is no sign of a scratch, scab or nail mark on his skin. When I pointed it out to him after two times since he wanted to end the convo so easily he grabbed my stuff and basically indirectly let me know to leave. This is basically letting me know that he did in fact cheat no questions asked. Then afterwards he decided to break up with me with no hesitation. I feel for someone who’s being accused of something, that would do anything in their power to keep their girlfriend? It’s as if he doesn’t care. And honestly I shouldn’t anymore. What did you guys think?
