How can you know if a guy is just being real nice or flirting/showing interest? I was given many compliments about who I am as a person not physical?

This person is a speaker for one of his jobs and May just be giving me motivational speech. He said I have a beautiful mind, an energy that is real and that I’m a Good hearted person who always tries to see the good in people. He’s very discerning and I’m surprised he could see all that since we haven’t known each other that long. He was also shocked that we only talked several times recently in the past! He said he feels like we’ve talked for longer. What do you think? Just nice?

Sounds like he is selling his product, simply being himself, or running a con. Probably nothing romantic behind it.
