My boyfriend and I have been dating for 6 years almost. We're in our early 20s. He is always tired it seems. He's nocturnal, which means he has trouble falling asleep at night and stays up until the wee hours of the morning sometimes. Not all the time tho. He naps A LOT. which is annoying, but everyone has annoying little quirks. I'm sure I do as well. This has been going on for awhile now. Like yesterday, I heard from him at like 3 or 4 in the afternoon and when I asked him about where he was, he says he didn't go to bed until 6 am and just woke up. Ok, that's fine. But then at around 10 last night, he just disappeared. We were texting like normal, but then I wasn't able to text back for 12 minutes and he was just gone after that. No Goodnight message, no message telling me he was going to bed. Just silence. I asked him where he went and I finally get a message at 8:30 this morning just saying, "what's up?" No explanation whatsoever. So I asked him AGAIN what happened to him last night and he literally just says, "i fell asleep." Wtf.. I'm getting fed up. This happens a lot anymore and I'm wondering if maybe he is cheating? I shouldn't jump to conclusions, but I seriously dont know ANYONE who needs this much sleep... unless maybe he's not cheating but perhaps needs to go to the doctor?
Superb Opinion
I’m not so sure he’s cheating. You two don’t live together after 6 years of dating? Maybe he needs to see a doctor, maybe he has a thyroid problem, insomnia which is the term, not nocturnal, maybe he’s depressed, there could be a lot of reasons. You have said much that would indicate that he’s cheating.
