Today I have been approached by a 35 year old guy during me literally just enjoying my lunch and minding my own business. by the way for your info everybody tells me I look like a teen and this motherfucker acted surprised that oh "he thought I'm older" even had the audacity to tell me that "being 35 is not a problem right?" My girlies just the safe out there, it's a tough world.
This situation is a bit creepy and guys need to find a better time to approach. But at the same time it’s not bad for someone to try and find someone to date as long as you’re both adults.
You don’t have to say yes though either. I’m personally not into strangers either for the most part and I am not the type to approach a woman out or the blue and would probably be annoyed id a woman approached me at a bad time.
But at the same time don’t kill a man’s confidence if he’s cool about it.
The sad thing is, some girls would go for that and leave guys their age like me single. 🤣🤣🤣

Riiight thats what I'm talking about 👏 it's laughable honestly, when there are such fine guys out there as you and yet they still choose these douchebags
They keep saying it's because of youth and fertility purposes, however, a lot older men just want to score with younger women to feel younger themselves sometimes. Not all these older men are thinking of starting or wanting families with these young women.
There's a million people out there all the way from very young to very old. Everyone has different preferences and tastes. There are some young women who are attracted to older men, and vice versa. I think the real issue here is what these guys are doing. They are being extremely intrusive and invading your personal space. No guy should ever do that whatever their age. Sometimes these assholes will not take a hint, so spell it out for these morons. I'm not interested in you and leave me the fuck alone.
I'm assuming this guy was extremely ugly without trying charisma or any kind of confidence I'm almost 40 and I look young for my age. Sad truth in reality is women at their most value when they're younger because you still in your fertility years or men don't get their value until late in their life so on that platform I'd say things are even but if you're not physically attracted to them or can't see any kind of emotional development that you're going to be repulsed but I guarantee if it was Johnny Depp that came up to you you would probably all for it.
Not saying that I'd date him tho nor you for that matter... I only date people I'm compatible with personality wise and my max age difference is 10 years.

Tell me one thing the guy did wrong that made you feel unsafe. When guys don’t approach girls, it is a problem. When they do, it’s a problem.
He was honest to tell you his age. Did he lie about his age? Yet, you feel unsafe.
He asked a genuine question to check whether you are okay with his age. It’s up to you to say no or yes. That’s all. You have a preference for guys just as the girls in their 20s who are okay with dating Leonardo Dicaprio.
I see women in their 20's with guys in their 30's all the time at the bar I work at, it's not that big of an age difference. I could understand if he was old enough to be your dad but he's not. Would you prefer that guys just don't try to talk to you at all? Or only the ones you are attracted to? That's not a realistic expectation. You're not a teenager anymore, welcome to real life.
To be fair, he shot his shot, and backed off when it missed. You the wiser, he the miser.
But you should be fucking thankful nothing more came of it. Like he didn't try stick you in the boot of his car.

It makes sense to assume you cannot even remotely tell a person's age just by looking at them.
People shouldn't hit on strangers at all, if he were your age, he still shouldn't have hit on you, it would be just as weird since he doesn't know you.
Your definition of "old guys" is laughable and relative. What is "old" to you is not to others. A 35yo could not be your father. Just like people mistaking you for "younger" than you are. I suppose you'll just have to grow accustomed to it.
because there's no woman over 25 for me even at my age, unless it's a one night stand. I won't even consider it for any kind of relationship. Even at age 30 the amount of time she will be of any use is not very long. And the young women who will go with an older guy are out there. Especially at 35, he can get any number of 22 year old women, why would he want a woman his age who won't be desirable for sex or interested in sex in 10 years, when he has lots of fucking left in him. In the real world, it's always the younger that instigates with me. I don't creep on younger girls in public. It's just some situation that happens where they just latch onto me, usually they're damaged goods. I think this guy probably knows that 1 in 4 girls have some type of daddy issues and he was just taking his chances.

I would probably not date a woman your age and I certainly wouldn’t be the one making the first move. There are very few scenarios where I can imagine a guy that much older not coming across as creepy. That being said, is a guy trying to chat you up really worthy of a public service announcement? You could have just said oh are you a friend of my grandpa?
Younger women are typically less jaded than their older counterparts. Enthusiastic energy goes a long way toward helping older people feel young again.
