If a guy wants to talk to you, will he definitely do it?

It might sound silly, but one time i heard that if a guy is definitely into you or wants to know you, he will talk to you, show that he is interested and if he won't do it, it's because he is not into know.

I think is fact, men are less complicated than women. But what do you think, guys?

It depends, of course. People are all different. But why men exist, and they'll rather beat themselves up over it rather than make a move. The fear of rejection is sufficient enough in most cases, or the familiar trappings of self sabotage in others. "I don't deserve her, she's too pretty to be with me," etc...
Some think they have no chance, while others are brave and shoot their shots. This is defineitly a "it depends on the guy's personality and confidence, or bravery."

Its contextual. Like are you at a party or in a library or already talking to someone else.

However talking on its own is just basic socialising.

It's not that he "won't" do it, it's he wants to do it, but may be shy or just anxious.

If he knew you were into him, he'd do it in a heartbeat.
