Why ask a girl to meet but never follow through?

I’ve been snapchatting a guy for months…we had sex once in the past and he ghosted me. The snapchats are nothing flirty, just general chit chat maybe twice a week, but he did ask me one time to meet up. And he never mentioned it again. I think he has/had a girlfriend! Why would a guy do this?

A guy I talk to he doesn't have a girlfriend but whenever he finds someone hotter to fuck he blows me off even when he is the one to ask to meet up... he's just a douche bag... you shouldn't take it personally... I don't and I still talk to my douchebag on the regular.. since I like him LOL
