I’ve been trying to make a move but he’s always with a girl?

i’ve been trying to make a move on this shy guy for a while now but every time i’m ready he’s always walking with another girl. the girl has a boyfriend so i know i have nothing to worry about. the guy knows i like him, and the few times where i have been ready i would turn around to see where he is and i would see him staring at me. he would also automatically go on his phone when he would see me. i don’t wanna do it when he’s with her or his other friends because i want it to just be me and him so he can speak for himself you know. is there any way i could still go for it while trying to do it the way i want?

Go up to him, grab his arm and pull him away from the other girl, kiss him on the lips, slip your phone number into his pocket and walk away. Also make sure you look and smile at him real quick as you walk away.
His heart will stop and he'll think you're the greatest girl who ever walked the face of the earth. Love a god damn angel just fell into his lap.

Or if you're not much of a go-getter, you could just wait until he's alone and strike up a conversation with him like a boring normal person
