Whenever they hang out together I find his behavior cocky. One time he chuckled at the way I tripped but in a condescending way, it surprised me because he wasn't the guy I knew anymore.
Then surprise surprise, after our very last conversation it then comes out that he wants to pursue my friend.
(I acted cold in our conversations because I had a feeling our time would be temporary and I didn't wanna finish ours knowing I became vulnerable with him)
